Housekeeper (PT) - Housekeeping
Madison Parish Hospital is currently accepting applications for one (1) Part-time Housekeeper.
The main duties of a Housekeeper include:
Cleaning various areas located in the Madison Parish Hospital and Rural Health Clinic.
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, including inside elevators, stairwells, and all other areas.
Disinfecting handrails, furniture, door handles, medical equipment, and bedside toilets.
Gathering and emptying trash, including biohazard containers, and taking them to the appropriate disposal areas.
Cleaning glass on windows and doors, shining doors and chrome, and spot cleaning walls.
Using a high duster to clean corners, light fixtures, overhead lights, and vents.
Replenishing dispensers (soap, sanitizer, toilet tissue, paper towels).
Stocking shelves in the Laundry area and restocking carts.
Assisting other housekeepers as needed.
Performing additional cleaning, disinfecting, shining, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping tasks as assigned.
Shift: 12:30 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.
