Phlebotomist-PRN
Madison Parish Hospital is currently accepting applications for one (1) Licensed Phlebotomist (PRN).
Required Certification:
Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT); National Healthcareer Association (NHA); ASCP; ASPT
Special skills needed:
Perform venipuncture and capillary collection
Provide patient comfort and maintain a professional bedside manner
Follow standard precautions and safety protocols for handling specimen collections
Maintain accurate detailed and data entry
Adhere to HIPAA Regulations
Ability to use EHR software systems efficiently
Perform centrifugation and ensure proper specimen labeling accuracy
Support quality assurance.
