Social Worker/ Patient Advocate
Madison Parish Hospital is currently seeking applications for one (1) Full-time Social Worker/Patient Advocate.
Must have Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Sociology,
Minimum of 2 (two) years experience in Social Work or Case Management functions within a psychiatric, rehabilitation or skilled nursing unit setting.
Must demonstrate the abilty to coordinate, investigate and resolve family/patient issues concerning quality of care and services.
Shift: 8 am-4:30 pm
